“Just thought I’d say thank you for the beef, it’s as good as the reviews say! Whilst we don’t have an independent butcher within probably 5 miles, we are fortunate to have a Booths supermarket, which is a chain of small independent supermarkets in the North West, still owned by the booth’s family. They heavily promote local produce, and whilst they certainly aren’t cheap, they are very good. However…… not a patch on your stuff, well done, it’s superb. So far we’ve had a packet of mince, a piece of brisket, stewing steak and just finished a rare piece of topside with all the trimmings for Sunday dinner – this was as tender as you could ask for. Will definitely re- order when there’s room in the freezer, thanks again.” John
